Freight shipments may require a commercial delivery address with access to a loading dock or forklift. Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited access locations, re-delivery, storage, detention, appointment delivery, or other carrier accessorials.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, limited receiving availability, missed appointments, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Freight Inspection and Claims

10. Pickup Orders
Certain orders may be available for warehouse pickup, local pickup, or terminal pickup.
Pickup orders may be subject to location availability, scheduling requirements, identification requirements, storage limits, and pickup deadlines.
Once a shipment has been sent to a carrier terminal or designated pickup location, cancellation may not be available. Failure to pick up an order within the required timeframe may result in storage fees, return freight charges, cancellation fees, or restocking fees.
11. Returns and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are subject to our return policy and the specific circumstances of the order.
Certain products may be non-returnable, including but not limited to special orders, opened products, used products, damaged products, freight shipments, products shipped directly from a supplier, or products that cannot be resold.
